About: Action against hunger
Created in 1979, Action against Hunger is an international non -governmental organization that fights against world hunger. His charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non -discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded his identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by prevention, detection and treatment of sub-nutrition, in particular during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts and natural disasters. Action against hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: nutrition and health – mental health, psychosocial support and protection – food safety and existence – water, sanitation and hygiene – plea. Mission :
We are looking for an alternating capable of providing support to the France mission by the following missions:
Contribute to the finalization of the activities of the Vital’IM project
-Grey the hotline dedicated to the users of the project and ensure the monitoring and capitalization of requests, in connection with the project team,
-Realize and disseminate the planning of health/nutrition/sustainable food support activities with users and facilitate their registration and monitoring
-Ensure the treatment of cash receipts for manual purchasing improvement
-Gerer and animate user communities
-Contribute to the creation of communication media for users, with the support of the communication department of the ACF headquarters and the project manager
-Participate to the organization of closing events for user (es)
Contribute to the implementation of evaluation monitoring activities through the organization of quantitative and qualitative surveys with user (ERES) and project partners
-Organize quantitative and qualitative surveys (planning, appointment, support preparation, room management and supply …)
-Mobilize investigators and investigators (volunteer or internal) with a view to the deployment of an investigation and organize the key times of this mobilization (briefings, training, debriefing, focus points of volunteers, etc.
-Administer the surveys
Transcribe qualitative surveys
Contribute to the organization and animation of meetings and workshops with users
Participate in the processing and first analysis of the data collected during surveys
Participate in reporting, capitalization and dissemination of the project
-Ensure a day before the literature and the context on the subjects making it possible to feed the capitalization of the Vital’IM project
-Organize logistics relating to internal and external meetings (room reservation, link with standard, snack, preparation of support) in connection with the IDF coordination assistant
-Redigate the first version of the reports
-Participate to collecting the information necessary for monitoring projects and the consolidation of program monitoring indicators
-In link with the project manager, participate in the drafting of finance and capitalization reporting documents
-Archive the documentation in accordance with the requests of the project manager
Profile :
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and who has the following qualities:
Your studies:
-You am a general level of master level in one of the following areas: political science, organization of organizations, coordination and project management, human sciences or agronomy.
Your skills/expertise
-You know how to manage projects, from planning to implementation.
-You have good relational qualities and you know how to express yourself in writing.
-You mastering essential digital tools and software.
-You at ease with Excel, the Office Pack and communication tools like Canva.
-You know how to collect, store and analyze data effectively.
-You have associative experience, especially with people in precarious situations or in the field of popular education.
-You know how to animate workshops or meetings
Your capacities/interest
-You have good analytical and synthesis capacities.
-You are comfortable to speak in public and animate groups.
-You are interested in the associative environment and in the issues related to precariousness.
-Do you have a real interest in sustainable food and its social and environmental challenges.
Conditions of employment
Compulsory condition: Having an internship agreement issued by a school in French law
Duration of the internship: 6 months (based in Montreuil, 102 rue de Paris) with frequent travel on the ground
Desired job taking: 08/09/2025
Salary conditions:
-Stage compensated up to 4.57 euros net per hour (on a basis of 35 hours per week). Weekly working time (38.75h).
-Titres restaurant at 8EUR (supported at 60% per ACF).
-Prise up to 50 % of public transport costs.
Teleworking: ACF has a telework policy that supervises activities requiring an imperative presence at the headquarters, while allowing you to exercise part of your work remotely.
A regular presence at the siege of Montreuil is thus provided, according to a frequency defined with your manager.
To this are added about three days a month dedicated to collective meetings and events.
Finally, during the first six weeks, a presence of two days a week is requested to facilitate your integration within the team.
