This internship is part of an academic, professional or socio -professional integration program, and must respond to conditions fixed by the job supervisory board (CSME). The duration of the internship, fixed by the tripartite agreement, is 6 to 12 months to 100 %.

Contexte & Mission
Doctors Without Borders is an independent international medical and humanitarian organization that provides care for people in need, people affected by natural disasters or caused by man and victims of armed conflicts, without discrimination and without taking into account race, religion, beliefs or political affiliation (MSF charter).
The Accounting Service in Geneva is made up of two units, one in charge of HQ accounting activities (suppliers, cash, taxes) and the other ensuring the accounting monitoring of missions in the countries of intervention of MSF (field accounting).
The trainee will be integrated into the HQ accounting team and will mainly collaborate with the supplier accountant. He can punctually press the rest of the accounting team, HQ and/or land.
Main responsibilities
The intervention of the trainee is oriented on learning around recurring specific projects, and in priority around the complete treatment of the cycle of supplier invoices, including in particular:
- Reception, verification (legal and fiscal aspects) and accounting (general and analytical accounts) of supplier invoices via the invoice processing software and the accounting ERP (MS Dynamics D365).
- Justification of supplier accounts via the completion of certain monthly/quarterly key controls (debtor suppliers, analysis of the elderly, etc.).
- Participation in annual closing works and preparation of audits depending on the period.
The trainee may also, according to the needs, be involved in various accounting tasks (occasional analyzes, support for the processing of costs, documentation of internal control, etc. – non -exhaustive list).
Profile sought
- En-Cours or end of studies internship, as part of an accounting training
- French written and oral, English level good in writing, German a plus
- Knowledge of Usual Office Tools
- Knowledge of an ERP an asset

Working conditions
- Mandatory tripartite internship agreement

- Gross monthly remuneration: CHF 2,000.-
