As part of a restricted commercial contract, DCA is looking for a Social Safety Net Specialist responsible for supervising cash transfer and social protection interventions in targeted areas
Job Summary
The Social Safety Net Specialist designs, implements and supervises cash transfer and social protection interventions in targeted areas, in collaboration with partners and local authorities.
Job objective
Ensure the quality and effectiveness of cash transfer programs and strengthen local capacities.
Profile sought
• Bac+4 diploma in social protection, economics or social sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social safety nets or cash transfer programs.
• Experience in implementing commercial or results-based contracts.
• Good understanding of community mechanisms and fragile contexts.
• Fluency in French and knowledge of Sango desired.
