Type of contract: CDD – 12 months renewable depending on performance and financing

As part of a social safety net project as part of a call for restricted commercial contract, DCA is recruiting a THIMO Specialist to design, plan and supervise labor-intensive activities, in conjunction with local authorities and beneficiary communities.
Job Summary
The THIMO Specialist ensures the technical and social quality of construction sites, guaranteeing compliance with safety standards and community participation.
Job objective
Ensure proper planning, monitoring and quality of labor-intensive works.
Profile sought
• Bac+4 diploma in civil engineering, development or public works.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in THIMO or similar programs.
• Experience in projects under commercial contracts.
• Skill in site management and community mobilization.
• Mastery of French and Sango.
