As part of a social safety net project as part of a call for restricted commercial contract, DCA is recruiting a Behavior Change Communication Specialist to design and deploy the program’s communication and community mobilization strategies.
Job Summary
The CCC Specialist designs and implements awareness campaigns and training modules aimed at promoting behaviors favorable to health, social cohesion and economic resilience.
Job objective
Strengthen community mobilization and the impact of interventions through targeted and inclusive communication.
Profile sought
• Bac+3 diploma in communication, social sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in communication for behavior change.
• Proven experience in designing and managing community campaigns.
• Experience in implementing projects under commercial contracts.
• Mastery of French and Sango.
