Mission :
Under the supervision of the Deputy Coordinator Field, you will have the responsibility of planning and implementation of quality of food security interventions and livelihoods (food assistance, agricultural recovery and structuring of local actors) in compliance with ACF strategy and standards, national policies and international standards.
In this context, your missions will be:
Fuel reflection on the strategy and positioning of the Department Same
Identify needs and contribute to the formulation of new projects
Ensure the implementation, monitoring and reporting of projects Saturday
Contribute to guaranteeing quality, liable, capitalization and the impact measurement of projects under your responsibility
Participate in the coordination and representation of the Same d’Acf department with partners and other actors in its intervention area

Profile :
Holder of a bac+5 in agronomy, agroeconomics or rural development, you have at least 2 years of experience in food security and livelihood management management, including team management, capacity building and collaboration with other NGOs.
You have advanced knowledge in planning and monitoring agricultural recovery projects, as well as distribution methods.
You are able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, live and work in a sometimes stressful and volatile context. You know how to be flexibility, patience, diplomacy and adaptability.
You have strong organizational, editorial, analysis and synthesis capacities as well as relational and communication skills. You are skillful to work in a team, autonomy and to collaborate with state partners, in an intercultural context.
You master the computer tool (Pack Office) and French. The mastery of English is a plus.

Fixed -term contract for the use of French or Central African law: 12 months until 06/30/2026
National candidates:
Fixed = 825,730 francs
Health premium = 60,000 francs monthly
Transport bonus = 25,000 francs monthly
Delocation 50,000 monthly francs + once installed 45,000 francs
International candidates:
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on the experience, including 13th month
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non -French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly lifestyle: 729 nets, paid on the ground
Allocation monthly context: 450euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and housing: support for travel and collective housing
Medical coverage: 100% of the management of health and repatriation insurance contributions, of your medical expenses and this up to 1 month after the end of your contract
Wage maintenance devices (illness, maternity, paternity)
Leaves and RNR: 25 days a year of CP and 20 RNR per year; Ticket support with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and 215 euros of lump sum compensation per RNR
