Position
The position has the aim of attracting, identifying and acquiring the most qualified human resources, capable of contributing to the achievement of the organization and operational objectives of the organization, while guaranteeing full alignment with values and organizational culture.
The role provides for the careful and timely garrison of the research and selection processes, ensuring high quality in recruiting activities, a quick response to the organizational needs in line with the priorities and needs of the organization and a constant monitoring of the labor market trends.
Main responsibility
- He collaborates with HRBP and the referents to understand the needs of staff and the mapping of the needs of the different organizational areas, also downstream of the HR budget approval process.
- Finalizes the Job Descriptions of the positions, defining the necessary skills and requirements.
- Identifies and activates the most effective sourcing channels (Job Board, Social Media, Professional Network) in order to intercept potential candidates, publishes the ads in line with the guidelines of Employer branding, starts the selection process, screening profiles and builds pipelines of talents consistent with open positions, ensuring the punctual garrison of each selection process.
- It guarantees the mapping of the reference market for strategic roles and provides for the creation of talent pools in line with organizational needs.
- Selection and evaluation – performs preliminary interviews to analyze the technical skills and soft skills of the candidates, coordinating and organizing subsequent meetings with the contacts of the selection team. Driving the identification of the finalist rose of candidates, in concert with the selection pool.
- He collaborates with HRBP for the finalization of the offer to the chosen candidate.
- Presidia the onboarding of resources (also on systems), in alignment with Payroll Team.
- He presides over the selection processes on ATS platforms (Applicant Tracking System).
- It ensures the update on new technologies in the staff selection sector, to actively contribute to the improvement of talent acquisition processes.
- It supports the Employer branding process, coordinating with the specialist areas, in order to improve the Experience candidate.
- It organizes and presides over the participation in Career Day, university events, work fairs and talent attraction initiatives.
- Analyze the lendered selection processes, to identify opportunities for improvement and demolition of times, also through the introduction of analysis and collection of innovative data, monitors the agreed selection KPIs.
ESPERIENZE E SOFT SKILLS
- Master’s degree in humanities, psychological and/or sociological disciplines.
- Preferable course/master in mangement of human resources.
- Experience of at least 4/5 years in the HR specialist area dedicated to talent acquisition.
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and online recruiting and offline recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, evaluation test)
- Relational, communicative and negotiation skills are marked.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to manage a multi-tasking workload.
- Flexibility and spirit of collaboration.
