Dear supplier:

He Mixed Migration Centre (MMC) through Danish advice for refugees (DRC) Based in Colombia, he looks for proposals from a service provider or specialized equipment for the technical development of a chatbot based on generative artificial intelligence, as part of a pilot project that will be implemented in Colombia during the second semester of 2025 The general objective of this program is to strengthen the collection of strategic information and the humanitarian response capacity in mixed migration contexts. The objective of this consulting is Design and develop a functional (minimum viable, MVP) prototype of a chatbot based on generative artificial intelligencethat allows to provide verified information to migrants and collect structured, ethical and useful data for humanitarian decision making.

Therefore, DRC asks you to present your proposal. Guide this RFP and the annex of terms of reference (TDR) attached col_anexo g_tdr_col_rfp_lac_piloto de chatbot with AI for humanitarian assistance and data collection_20250625.

Your proposal must be expressed in Spanish and must be valid for a minimum period of ninety (90) days.
