Created in 1979, Action against Hunger is an international non -governmental organization that fights against world hunger. His charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non -discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded his identity for 45 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by prevention, detection and treatment of sub-nutrition, in particular during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts and natural disasters. Action against hunger coordinates its programs around 7 areas of activity: nutrition and health – mental health, psychosocial support – Food security and livelihoods – water, sanitation and hygiene – Advocacy – Climate – Research. Mission :

Under the supervision of the regional finance manager Pool Middle East, your mission will be to ensure the proper accounting and budgetary management of the countries making up the region.
In this context, your responsibilities will be:
Provide technical support in financial management to countries
Ensure the quality of budget management of countries
Guarantee the accounting compliance of countries
Contribute to the regional action plans, operations and the development of executives and financial management policies

Profile :

You hold a bac+3 level training in accounting, financial management, or in the business school, with at least 2 years of experience in these areas.
You know the principles, rules and procedures of general and analytical accounts, budgetary management and cash, as well as the contractual rules of donors in financial management.
Financial knowledge of the humanitarian environment is an asset.
Ideally, you are informed of institutional donors, the recommendations of the auditors, the data and financial and financial management procedures of ACF (headquarters and fields), the news, the financial structure, the budgets and strategies of the ACF missions.
You master Saga and UBW software as well as the Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
You imperatively master English, written and oral.

Conditions of employment

Status: integrated frame – CDD of 6 months until 12/31/2025 – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: from 37k to 44kuros annual gross over 13 months according to experience
Advantages: 25 days a year of CP and 21 days of RTT
Health coverage, foresight: 80% management by ACF

Transport allowances: covered at 50% of the package between the home and the workplace
Ticket-restaurant allowances (UP lunch card): 60% coverage by the association for a value of 8 euros

No mandatory face -to -face on this position, outside of collective face -to -day time.
Time of collective face -to -face imposed / also compulsory by the employer: for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of compulsory presence when you integrate into the team
