AIM
The Logistics Officer is in charge of ACTED’s logistics management at the level of the Puerto Ayacucho base, Amazonas State, assumes the roles and functions acting within the limits of the delegated authority and in accordance with the procedures and guidelines of the Logistics Department, under the supervision of the Logistics Leader, and/or person in charge.

GOALS

The logistics officer attends the country’s logistics department in the management of the Procurement Chain for the execution of the program’s activities in the country.
Permanently keep the Logistics Department, attorney, finance manager of all requests, acquisitions, logistics processes and/or any other eventuality that may arise in logistics.
The logistics officer will be articulating the activities of the Logistics Department with the support of the FLAT team, maintaining and permanently synchronized in all logistic activities and procedures.
It will guarantee fleet management, fuel, premises, purchases of goods and services, communications management, stock management and assets and all others related to the acquisition plan
It will guarantee compliance with the logistics procedures of ACTED and donors in all logistics operations.
Comply with aspects related to monthly logistics reports.
Perform any other activity related to the objective of the contract related to the logistics, administrative and document management department, as well as all those other functions that due to the characteristics inherent in your position and conditions are assigned.

– Duties and responsibilities:
– Shopping:
or carry out and control all the purchasing processes: application form, quotes, or purchase, buying order, memos, contracts.
o Compliance with contracting procedures with third parties.
or focal point with suppliers.
o Procedure elaboration and monitoring (Pro-03 Supplier Database).
o Procedure elaboration and monitoring (pro-10 offu).
or guarantee that documentation on acquisitions is carried out and filed according to ACTED procedures.
or ensure that purchases and records pass between logistics, finance and coordination and ensure purchases for other quidads and departments of the country, when the (Form) of St.

– Reception/Expedition and Stock Management Management
or management and maintenance of stocks.
o Management of IN&O out processes in storage resources (STO-05, STO 01, STO-03) Control the procedures for receiving and sending goods (DEL-01, DEL-02).
or use and maintain the inventory format (STO-02) and perform a monthly physical inventory.
or ensure the land expedition.
or ensure expeditions and sent by the international.

– ASSET management
o Development and control of the asset list (AST-05).
o Development and monitoring of communications (COM-02).
or check that each of the assets is labeled and registered in the AST-05.
or check if the documentation of the assets is in the corresponding folders and in accordance with the ACTED procedures.
or perform and control ACTED procedures on the subject of ASSETs.
o Management of In & Out processes (STO-03 + AST 04).
or make sure you have available equipment and in good condition at each new arrival and ensure delivery.
or make sure that all personnel have returned their assets when they end the mission.

– Reporting
or maintain a good communication flow between the capital and the base.
or send monthly and weekly reports.

– Transport
or manage the base vehicle fleet, send the Tra-06 every month and logbooks.
or take care of the pickups at the first arrival of an expatriate in the mission and other needs
or support logistics in the monitoring and management of vehicles.
o Perform any other activity related to the objective of the contract related to the Logistics Department, as well as all those other functions that due to the characteristics inherent in your charge and conditions are assigned.

or guarantee a common dynamic between support departments and the program to achieve the best possible execution of activities.
or sensitize and periodically remember the procedures.
or sensitize and remember compliance with the Code of Conduct to suppliers.
or sensitize about the planning and anticipation of applications.

Qualifications, human qualities, knowledge and skills
Required techniques
o Professional graduated in: Administration, Industrial Engineering, Affine career.
or minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, administrative processes, purchases, trips,
vehicles, acquisitions, inventories, among others.
or preferably experience in international cooperation organizations.

Contractual conditions:

Contract for provision of services for 5 months, with the possibility of extension.
Fees according to the internal scale of the organization.
Place of Services Provision: Ayacucho Ayacucho – State Amazonas Office
Modality of Services Provision: Face -to -face with the possibility of trips to municipalities within the State.
