About: Action against hunger
Created in 1979, Action against Hunger is an international non -governmental organization that fights against world hunger. His charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non -discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded his identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by prevention, detection and treatment of sub-nutrition, in particular during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts and natural disasters. Action against hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: nutrition and health – mental health, psychosocial support and protection – food safety and existence – water, sanitation and hygiene – plea. Mission :
Under the supervision of the manager of the service like and protection your main missions will be:
– Contribute to the development and implementation of gender, diversity, inclusion and protection strategies in country offices and at the headquarters of ACF France.
– Contribute to the support of country offices in improving their technical expertise and the consolidation of their gender practices and skills, diversity, inclusion and protection.
– Functionally manager of gender managers and protection of the countries of your portfolio
– Promote technical advances and contribute to the promotion of gender, diversity, inclusion and ACF culture
Profile :
You hold a university degree (master) in gender, international law, social sciences, international relations or in a related discipline
You have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience demonstrable in the supervision/technical coordination gender and/or protection in the field with an NGO and in particular in humanitarian contexts.
You know the protection and gender standards at the international level.
You have proven experience of taking into account the gender dimension and protection in the project cycle.
You are independent and know how to manage your priorities.
The mastery of French and English, both orally and writing is imperative.
Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated framework – CDD to be filled as of 07/07/2025 end date 12/31/2025 – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Compensation: from 41K to 45Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Advantages: 25 days a year of CP and 21 days of RTT

It was defined for this position a compulsory presence at the siege of 1 day per month
Time of collective face -to -face imposed / also compulsory by the employer: for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of compulsory presence when you integrate into the team
