Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by prevention, detection and treatment of sub-nutrition, in particular during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts and natural disasters. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Director of Country – Support, your mission will be to guarantee the proper management of funds and its transparency by ensuring the accounting and financial management of the mission in compliance with the ACF management framework and local legislation for the Democratic Republic of Congo.
In this context, your responsibilities will be:
Contribute to the definition of the mission strategy
Guarantee the accounting holding of the mission
Guarantee the management of cash on the mission
Guarantee budgetary and financial management
Promote and ensure collaboration and financial and budgetary coordination with mission partners
Prevent and manage situations of fraud and corruption
Supervise and support the Finance team in capital and be the functional manager of officials finances on the basics
At your post, the priorities will be:
Prepare the budget of the year 2026 and the budget at 3 years
Deploy a new financial management tool
Support the finance teams on an accounting change
Profile :
Higher education Master 1 and/or Master 2 in finance, management or accounting, you justify at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar function within an international NGO. You have experience in budget management, on multiple projects with significant volume.
You are recognized for your organizational capacities, your rigor and your flexibility. You have an ease of managing a complex financial system.
You have proven team management skills and a large problem solving capacity.
You master French people orally and in writing. Knowledge of Saga accounting software is a plus.

Fixed -term contract for use of French law: 6 months until 12/31/2025
Gross monthly salary: from 2597 to 2968 euros depending on the experience, including 13th month
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non -French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly lifestyle: $ 974 net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and housing: support for travel and collective housing
Medical coverage: 100% of the management of health and repatriation insurance contributions, of your medical expenses up to 1 month after the end of your contract. Wage maintenance devices (illness, maternity, paternity)
Leaves and RNR: 25 days a year of CP and 20 RNR per year; Ticket support with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and 215 euros of lump sum compensation per RNR
