Created in 1979, Action against Hunger is an international non -governmental organization that fights against world hunger. His charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non -discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded his identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by prevention, detection and treatment of sub-nutrition, in particular during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts and natural disasters. Action against hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: nutrition and health – mental health, psychosocial support and protection – food safety and existence – water, sanitation and hygiene – plea. Mission :
We are looking for an alternating capable of providing support to the Tools, Training & Projects Service, by the following missions:
Contribute to the development of e-learning projects on ACF financial tools:
Contribute to the creation and production of training modules on Articulate Storyline
Participate in the development of synopsis and storyboards
Contribute to project management (collaborate with the various stakeholders, experts, translators, re-readers, etc., to ensure the progress of the project)
Participate in the online training on learning management system (LMS) and monitoring of activity
Contribute to the implementation and improvement of existing training:
Contribute to the implementation and logistics organization of virtual training classes, webinaries, face -to -face training, videos, etc.
Participate in the writing or review of the necessary educational resources (educational scenarios, practical cases, surveys, quiz, annexes, etc.)
Support animators and users in handling digital tools (teams, wooclap, etc.)
Bring a support to the project to provide operating modes for all finance processes at ACF (Minor Mission):
Offer (formal) improvements in operating modes and FAQ Finance
Provide support on the organization of the provision of operating procedures
Profile :
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and who has the following qualities:
You hold a minimum bac+3 level diploma, ideally in the field of educational engineering.
A specialization in digital learning would be a real plus, but it is not essential.
You are comfortable with digital tools and you are curious: learn to use new tools don’t scare you.
You show good writing skills and you know how to structure clear and effective educational content.
You like to work in a team, share your ideas, exchange to advance projects together.
You have good oral and written communication.
The mastery of English is strongly desired: some content or exchanges can be done in English.
Do you not yet master Articulate 360 or our LMS? No worries, we will ensure your training if necessary.
The important thing is that you are comfortable with digital and motivated environments to discover new solutions.
Conditions of employment
Status: apprenticeship contract only
Duration of the contract: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
21 days of RTT (proratized according to the presence time)
Health and provident coverage: 80% management by ACF
Transport: 50% of the package between the home and the workplace
Restaurant titles: 60% care by the association (value of 8 euros)
Telework: open to all from the metropolis. Our telework policy supervises activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially in telework. For this position, a compulsory presence of 3 days per month is scheduled for headquarters, with times dedicated to collective meetings and events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of compulsory presence per week for your integration into the team.
