Created in 1979, Action against Hunger is an international non -governmental organization that fights against world hunger. His charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non -discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded his identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by prevention, detection and treatment of sub-nutrition, in particular during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts and natural disasters. Action against hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: nutrition and health – mental health, psychosocial support and protection – food safety and existence – water, sanitation and hygiene – plea. Mission :

We are looking for an alternating capable of providing creative, operational and strategic support to the Digital Communication Pole. You will be led to support the team in the daily management of social networks and to contribute to the implementation of our online communication strategy through the following missions:
Contribute to the animation and moderation of communities of different social networks
Manage incoming messages and moderate messages
Anticipate moderation needs on upcoming campaigns by collecting information
Produce and/or enrich a reference response document for communities
Enrich the native rapid responses of platforms or bots with these responses
Develop positive exchanges with communities to retain them
Contribute to the management of donor messages on social networks
Respond to the requests of donor in connection with the Donor Relationship pole and the other poles of the Public Public Collection Department Management
Animate, retain, federate and thank our donor through their posts
Create a regular exchange moment with the Donor Relationship pole in order to know the subjects of the moment
Produce and send reporting from collection pages to pole studies and database pole and digital marketing pole
Contribute to the production, dissemination and analysis of content
Design, produce, write, publish and program content
Ensure compliance with the editorial calendar and participate in the definition of the editorial line
Make a technical, sectoral watch, monitor e-reputation and make recommendations
Participate in the production of social media reporting
Provide support to other social networks in ACF
Promote exchanges within different accounts and groups by interacting with publications as ACF page
Hebdomedary broadcasting a summary of the latest publications on our main accounts so that they can if they wish to animate their communities
Answer any questions and needs formulated

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and who has the following qualities:
You prepare a minimum bac +3 in the field of marketing, communication or digital communication.
You know social networks well, you have a real appetite for these channels and you know how to animate a community with relevance and creativity.
You understand their specificities, the codes of each platform, and you know how to adapt the tone and formats according to the targets.
You are comfortable in writing, with a good spelling, a fluid syntax, and you can write impactful content.
Oral ease is a plus.

Conditions of employment

Status: apprenticeship contract only

Duration of the contract: 12 months

Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)

Desired work rate: 4 days in business, 1 day at school

Salary conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
Weekly working time (38.75h)
21 days of RTT (proratized at the time of presence in the organization)
Support up to 50 % of public transport costs

Telework: open to all from the metropolis. Our telework policy supervises activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially in telework. For this position, a compulsory presence of 4 days a month is scheduled for headquarters in Montreuil, with times dedicated to collective meetings and events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of compulsory presence per week for your integration into the team.
