Are you a skilled South Sudanese professional passionate about strengthening health systems and making a lasting impact in your country?
HACOF South Sudan is bidding to implement a nationwide initiative focused on improving health sector performance, transparency, and service delivery through independent monitoring and data-driven engagement.
We are seeking expressions of interest from qualified, committed South Sudanese experts eager to contribute to meaningful change. These positions are not yet active but are part of an upcoming initiative. Candidates will be considered for recruitment upon successful project confirmation.
Play a direct role in improving healthcare access and accountability while influencing decision-making through data, evidence, and independent monitoring. We are assembling a diverse team of South Sudanese experts and specialists, and we invite expressions of interest from qualified professionals ready to lead and shape the future of the health sector.
Data and Quality Assurance Manager:
Leads data management operations: cleaning, entry, analysis, and visualization. Oversees data pipelines from collection to reporting, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and actionable insights. Manage all aspects of data handling, including entry, cleaning, and reporting
• Design templates, tools, and processes to uphold data integrity
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for program decision-makers
• Train field teams on data protocols and tools
• Use tools like STATA, SPSS, R, and PowerBI to support analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Statistics, IT, Information Systems, or similar
• 5+ years in health data management and quality control
• Skilled in STATA, R, SPSS, PowerBI, and ArcGIS
• Experience managing geospatial and qualitative datasets
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
