Context :
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the head of delegation and in close collaboration with the program coordinator and the follow-up-evaluation and quality manager, the post holder contributes to the optimal implementation of the TDH programs in Burundi, as well as to the strengthening of its programmatic and strategic positioning, by actively participating:
- In search of institutional funding: RDFI strategy, monitoring and dentification of finance opportunities, development and submission of proposals and rigorous monitoring of grants granted.
- The strengthening of quality and accountability mechanisms implemented within the programs developed.
- To the programmatic positioning of the Foundation in Burundi: needs analysis, networkers and international and national partners, editorial staff, etc.
- The production of regular and qualitative reporting, based on reliable, coherent and relevant data, intended for the various stakeholders (internal and external).

Profile sought:
Formation :
- Higher education (master or other equivalent diploma).
Experience and skills:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the progressive management of international projects with prior experience in the field of international cooperation, project management and knowledge of institutional lessor mechanisms.
- Strong autonomy and very good time management and priorities.
- Excellent writing, synthesis and information, concepts and data presentation capacities in a clear, concise and structured manner.
- Excellent analytical spirit.
- Excellent communication capacity and teamwork experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment.
LANGUAGES :
Perfect mastery of French and English.
IT :
Great control of the Microsoft Office suite
Conditions :
- Swiss contract
- Gross monthly salary between CHF 3,000.- and CHF 3,800.- According to experience- X13.36 months
- Insurance: illness, accident, repatriation
- Annual leave: 25 days/year
- Round-trip flights to the place of assignment
