Created in 1979, Action against Hunger is an international non -governmental organization that fights against world hunger. Mission :

We are looking for an alternating alternating capable of providing support and administrative and logistical monitoring to delegations and supporting the EMA service, by the following missions:
Support in monitoring communication tools
Support departmental delegates in the recruitment of volunteers
Ensure watch on social networks
Write the annual newsletter for delegations as well as various internal communication media, to enhance their actions and maintain a strong link between the headquarters and the land
Propose and produce documents (assessments, statistics, analyzes) as well as communication tools to promote service activity and enhance the impact of delegations in the field.
Delegations logistics
Ensure the link and logistics with delegations to meet their equipment needs: you will manage stocks, organize the sending of supplies (goodies, t-shirts, posters, etc.) and will ensure that each has the necessary tools for their actions in the field
Accounting monitoring and administrative management
Record and centralize purchasing requests and delegations costs
Check invoicing and ensure the relationship with suppliers to guarantee a good fluidity of the exchanges
Follow the delegations bank accounts every month, in connection with the teams concerned
Manage dashboards related to expenses and budgets
Establishment and monitoring of events
Provide logistical and organizational support to the events carried out by delegations or organized at the headquarters
Be present on D-Day during certain events or meetings, on weekdays as on weekends, to accompany the teams and ensure the smooth running of the activities, whether at the headquarters or in the region.)

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and who has the following qualities:
You prepare a minimum bac +3 in the field of communication, marketing or project management.
You master Canva, and you have a first experience in communication or project management, this is a real plus.
This position implies a real oral ease: you will be led to exchange regularly with different interlocutor internal and external, to represent the organization during events, or to intervene in support of presentation or awareness times.
Your ability to express yourself with clarity, adaptability and insurance is therefore essential. ??
In this context, a reference control can be carried out.

Conditions of employment

Status: Alternating apprenticeship contract of 12 months (rate desired 1 week in training, 2 weeks in business)
Location: Montreuil (Ile de France)
? Employee conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
Weekly working time (38.75h)
21 days of RTT (proratized at the time of presence in the organization)
Support up to 50 % of public transport costs
Telework: open to all from the metropolis. Our telework policy supervises activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially in telework. For this position, a compulsory presence of 16 days a month is scheduled for headquarters in Montreuil, with times dedicated to collective meetings and events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of compulsory presence per week for your integration into the team.
