About: Action against hunger
Created in 1979, Action against Hunger is an international non -governmental organization that fights against world hunger. His charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non -discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded his identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by prevention, detection and treatment of sub-nutrition, in particular during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts and natural disasters. Action against hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: nutrition and health – mental health, psychosocial support and protection – food safety and existence – water, sanitation and hygiene – plea. Mission :
We are looking for an alternating capable of providing support for the development of private resources by the following missions:
Contribute to the management of face-to-face recruitment campaigns
Operational management of face-to-face campaigns, in connection with providers
Management and monitoring of municipal authorizations, logistics organization, training documents, support documents, link with teams
Information transmission to other department services
Quality control of providers (mysteries, field day, training)
Support for the implementation of loyalty supports
Contribute to qualitative and quantitative analyzes
Monitoring and analysis of the results of face-to-face campaigns, in particular attrition, interceptions and releases
Capitalization of experiences acquired on the various campaign
Development and regular content for face-to-face teams
Collect the information necessary for the development or updating of training documents, country file, brief news
Assist the info and general information meetings for the collection of field information
Animate the training courses of face-to-face teams, organize interventions by employees with teams
Contribute to benchmark and innovation
Watch over new communication, recruitment and donor loyalty tools
Operational implementation of tests on new collection channels
Profile :
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and who has the following qualities:
You prepare a bac +4, in business school, university or school with a specialization in marketing and communication
You know how to analyze marketing results and produce reconstations
You know how to write corporate content
You know how to use marketing segmentation (paper donors, web donors, …)
You have predispositions to analyze and produce summary documents
Conditions of employment
Status: apprenticeship contract only (3/1 weeks rhythm; or 3/2 days)
?? Duration of the contract: 12 months
?? Place: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
? Employee conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
21 days of RTT (proratized according to the presence time)
25 days of paid off -paid vacation depending on the time of presence
Health and provident coverage: 80% management by ACF
Transport: 50% of the package between the home and the workplace
Restaurant titles: 60% care by the association (value of 8 euros)
175 euros/year (social works) and reduction on cinema tickets
? Teleworking: open to all from the metropolis. Our telework policy supervises activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially in telework. For this position, a compulsory presence of 4 days a month is scheduled for headquarters, with times dedicated to collective meetings and events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of compulsory presence per week for your integration into the team
