Created in 1979, Action against Hunger is an international non -governmental organization that fights against world hunger. His charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non -discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded his identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by prevention, detection and treatment of sub-nutrition, in particular during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts and natural disasters. Action against hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: nutrition and health – mental health, psychosocial support and protection – food safety and existence – water, sanitation and hygiene – plea. Mission :

We are looking for an alternating capable of providing support to the supplies & shipping service by the following missions:

Manage land orders
-Prère in charge of land commands
-Create purchase files according to the procedures in force
-Treit orders to suppliers
-Resign and control goods
-S record invoices

Manage expeditions
-Selective transport providers
-Consolidate all of the transportation documentation for BP
-Booking the necessary validations and organizing shipments
-Booking the accused of receipt of deliveries

Update the tools, logistics and financial, of order management
-A each order of command advancement, update logistics and financial tools
-Control and archive purchasing files

Participate in the development and monitoring of transport and purchase indicators
-Propose improvements in tools and processes (Power Bi, Excel …)
-Ment databases for indicators on the transportation part, purchase, staff departures (via internal monitoring tools).

Cooperate with the Stock Trainee and Staff Departure
-Suivre stock outputs (physical and tools)
-Preparer expeditions
-Realize the starting briefings
-Participate to coordination meetings (shipping point)

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and who has the following qualities:

-You enter third year in professional license in the field of logistics, purchases or stock management.
-You mastering office tools, in particular Excel – this is essential.
-You have knowledge in Power Bi? It’s a real plus!

Conditions of employment

Status: apprenticeship contract only
Duration of the contract: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired work rate: 3 weeks at ACF and 1 week of training or 3 days at ACF and 2 days of training

Salary conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
21 days of RTT (proratized according to the presence time)
Health and provident coverage: 80% management by ACF
Transport: 50% of the package between the home and the workplace
Restaurant titles: 60% care by the association (value of 8 euros)
