Created in 1979, Action against Hunger is an international non -governmental organization that fights against world hunger. His charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non -discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded his identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger by prevention, detection and treatment of sub-nutrition, in particular during and after emergency situations linked to conflicts and natural disasters. Action against hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: nutrition and health – mental health, psychosocial support and protection – food safety and existence – water, sanitation and hygiene – plea. Mission :

We are looking for an alternating capable of providing support for the development of private resources by the following missions:
Contribute to the budget monitoring of business partnerships from the Delegate Management
Ensure resource follow -up: donation recording, updating the service monitoring of service resources, monitoring and transmissions of funding funds
Contribute to the monthly monitoring of the service budget (resources and expenditure)
Participate in administrative management and tools of the delegated management and the project center
Provide support in the management of the Humanitarian Emergency Platform (We Act) of the service (technical monitoring, reassembly of content and information)
Provide support in the management of service patronage platforms of the service (publication and update of skill patronage missions)
Provide a support in the writing and the update of the procedures, reference documents, support for capitalization of activities, drafting of meetings of meetings
Contribute to the development of business projects in the Projects pole
Participate in the organization of punctual service events but also loyalty and prospecting events (presence on challenges against hunger, fairs, conferences, exhibitions and other events organized by the project pole)
Participate, in connection with the project manager, in the creation of a CRM tool for the team of the Company Partnerships Service

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and who has the following qualities:
You prepare a bac +4, in business school, university or school with a specialization in project management, administration, communication or marketing
You know how to analyze results, analyze encrypted data, follow a budget and produce recommendations
You know how to write corporate content
You have predispositions to analyze and produce summary documents
Knowledge of the humanitarian sector and/or experience in project management and/or partnerships business and a + that you can highlight and enhance your CV ??

Conditions of employment

Status: apprenticeship contract only (no professionalization contract)
?? Duration of the contract: 12 months
?? Place: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
? Employee conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
21 days of RTT (proratized according to the presence time)
25 days of paid off -paid vacation depending on the time of presence
Health and provident coverage: 80% management by ACF
Transport: 50% of the package between the home and the workplace
Restaurant titles: 60% care by the association (value of 8 euros)
175 euros/year (social works) and reduction on cinema tickets

? Teleworking: open to all from the metropolis. Our telework policy supervises activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially in telework. For this position, a compulsory presence of 4 days a month is scheduled for headquarters, with times dedicated to collective meetings and events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of compulsory presence per week for your integration into the team
