SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association which, for more than 40 years, has provided relief to populations victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating and shelter. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and the promotion of hygiene but also in the essential field of food security and livelihoods. Present in 26 countries, SI teams – 3,200 people in total made up of expatriates, national employees, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.
• Infrastructure management:
The Logistics/General Services apprentice ensures the maintenance of the building and participates in monitoring suppliers and external service providers:
o Carrying out small maintenance
o Monitoring of maintenance services
o Suggestions for improvements
o Technical, regulatory and ecological monitoring of maintenance
o Site access management
o Management of conventional waste and WEEE
• Equipment management:
The Logistics / General Services work-study student is responsible for the proper sizing and proper functioning of the headquarters’ equipment fleet:
o Verification of the proper functioning of equipment
o Carrying out small maintenance
o Participation in the management of maintenance contracts
o Purchase and management of equipment stocks
o Implementation of regular inventories
• Management of consumables:
The Logistics/General Services apprentice ensures the availability of:
o Office supplies, furniture, reprography
o Hardware supplies, equipment and tools
o Cafeteria Products
o Hygiene products
• Budget and consumption management:
o Update consumption monitoring tables
o Proposal of levers of action on the budget
o Budget monitoring
• User services
o Daily support for users
o Management of incoming calls and transfer
o Mail management
o Management of space layout (internal moving, common rooms)
o Management of translation and interpreting requests
o Event Logistics
▪ Room reservations for seminars and training
▪ Logistical support for headquarters event projects
• Projects:
o Action plan to reduce CO2 emissions
o Arrangement of convivial spaces
• Participation in meetings:
o Bimonthly meeting of permanent staff
o Monthly meeting of the logistics department
o Weekly meeting of the working environment department
o Monthly budget monitoring meeting
Training/Professional experience:
Training in general services management/work environment required
Technical skills and knowledge:
A first professional experience in the field would be a plus
Know how to be:
Strong appetite for the humanitarian sector

Apprenticeship based at the SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL headquarters in Clichy (92), Clichy Town Hall metro station
Possibility of teleworking in accordance with the teleworking charter in force and the manager
12-month work-study apprenticeship contract
Remuneration according to current regulations
Mutual insurance covered at 80%
Public transport covered at 50% by SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL
Restaurant tickets at €8.90 with 60% participation from SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL
