Doctors in the world is the German section of the international humanitarian organization Médecins du Monde/Doctors of the World. Doctors of the world are committed to ensuring that all people can claim their right to health everywhere – with political work and medical help.

At the next possible time we are looking for a speaker for the Munich office in accounting/ controlling (30 – 40 hours per week).

Your future areas of work

  • Takeover of the interface to the external accounting office.
  • Processing of payment transactions and monitoring the payment dates.
  • Support in the creation of quarterly ends and the annual financial statements.
  • Participation in budget and liquidity planning as well as in financial controlling.
  • Preparation of national and international reports.
  • Optimization of internal financial processes and cooperation in financial projects.

Your profile

Your professional profile

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of finance, ideally an additional qualification as an accountant (m/f/d).
  • Safe handling of MS-Office programs and good knowledge of DATEV.
  • High figure affinity and reliable, careful and service -oriented way of working.
  • Very good German and good knowledge of English in spoken and written.
