Mission :

Within the Logistics and Information Systems Department, the General Services division guarantees the general functioning of the Action Against Hunger headquarters (4 floors, 300 workstations), through the provision, maintenance, monitoring and monitoring of equipment, materials, supplies and services.
Under the supervision of the General Services Manager, you will work in a team to contribute to the general functioning of the establishment! You will also support the head of General Services on fund projects.
Your main missions will be as follows:
-Do you like helping those around you? That’s good ! You provide daily support to users, welcome, inform and support service providers, stakeholders and any new arrivals within ACF. You also ensure the production of internal communication for the department.
-You guarantee the proper operational and administrative application of subcontracted service contracts within your scope and carry out the tasks associated with these services (purchase requests, quote requests, etc.).
-You ensure purchasing management (supplies, furniture and equipment) within your scope of action. In conjunction with suppliers, you establish technical specifications, carry out calls for tenders, carry out market analyses, in accordance with purchasing thresholds and procedures with a view to optimizing prices. You also ensure the tracking, receipt and control of goods.
-You ensure monitoring and control of the implementation of safety, hygiene and security procedures and instructions.
-You contribute to the operation and improvement of the service, in particular by proposing process improvements! In order to improve the activity of the service and the working conditions of employees, you carry out studies and implement material and functional solutions.

Profile :

You are preparing a Bac+2/3 type training in Administrative Management or General Services Management.
Volunteer, organized and responsive, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills as well as your analytical and synthesis skills!
Versatile, autonomous and rigorous, you have a sense of responsibility and follow-up of procedures.
You are very motivated by the humanitarian sector and you have a good command of Pack Office. Fluency in English is a plus !

Terms of employment

Status: 12-month professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired pace: 3 weeks at headquarters – 1 week at school
Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the minimum wage depending on age and level of training) over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
Health coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: Coverage at 50% of the package between home and work
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
Social works and reduction on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to all and from the metropolitan territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative presence time at the headquarters of the association, and allows you to choose to exercise fully or in part the remainder of this time teleworking. To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 20 days per month has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
