Mission :
Under the supervision of the Advocacy Unit Manager – Hunger and Conflict Unit, your mission will be to coordinate the definition and implementation of the project for Action Against Hunger with the aim of mobilizing the various stakeholders linked to this event.
In this context, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Contribute to the definition of the strategy and define the modalities of implementation of the project axes
Ensure the implementation and coordination of the project internally
Develop and support the project’s influence actions

Profile :
You hold a Master’s degree in International Relations, Human Rights or Legal.
You have proven experience (5 years) in consortium advocacy.
You have detailed legal knowledge and human rights mechanisms, advocacy campaigns and use of the media (including communication actions) and the theme of the protection of humanitarian workers.
You are capable of coordinating a complex and sensitive project in conjunction with partners and respecting the positions and risks linked to the project as well as conducting research, preparing tools, methods, analyzing and collecting information and contributing to the drafting of influence, legal and communication tools and analysis, while respecting confidentiality procedures.
You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Terms of employment
Status: Integrated Manager – 8-month fixed-term contract until 10/31/2026 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 41K to 50K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
Advantages: 25 days per year of CP and 21 days of RTT

For this position, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 1 day per month has been defined.
Collective face-to-face time imposed / also obligatory by the employer: for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of obligatory presence during your integration into the team
