Mission :

Under the supervision of the Finance Department Manager – Tools, Training and Projects, you will participate in the development of financial management skills of the field and headquarters teams, technical support to missions/regions, and the development, maintenance and use of field financial tools.
In this context, your missions will be as follows:
Participate in the development of financial management skills of field and headquarters teams (financial and non-financial) from the identification of needs to post-training monitoring: tools and procedures for missions only
Participate in technical support to missions and regions (field tools and procedures only)
Participate in the development, maintenance and use of field financial tools

Start date: 01/01/2026

Profile :

You have training in financial management, and you have experience in NGOs (ACF a plus), in accounting and financial management positions.
You know SAGA and are able to design training in different modalities (face-to-face, distance learning, individual, collective).
You master the Office pack, in particular Excel, as well as training and meeting facilitation techniques, with the ability to formalize.
Endowed with great rigor, you are comfortable with public speaking and able to work independently.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in oral and written English.

Terms of employment

Status: Integrated Manager – 6-month fixed-term contract until 06/30/2026 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 41K to 50K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
Advantages: 25 days per year of CP and 21 days of RTT

Transport allowances: Coverage at 50% of the package between home and work

No mandatory face-to-face work for this position, outside of collective face-to-face time.
Collective face-to-face time imposed / also obligatory by the employer: for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of compulsory presence when you join the team
