Terms: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Hybrid model (50% office attendance)
Location: Head Office, Camden Street, Dublin 2, Ireland
Salary: GB3 / €31,702 – €35,224
Requirements: You might be required to travel internationally to deliver trainings.

Role Purpose:
To manage and support Concern’s Digital Data Gathering (DDG) system while building and maintaining digital tools that enable accurate and efficient data collection and analysis across global programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Build data collection tools for use across Concern programmes.
- Respond to country-specific tool requests via the DDG Survey Request system
- Liaise with field teams on survey administration and use of data collection tools
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of collected data by conducting thorough quality checks and validation
- Create data visualizations using Zoho analytics to support programme insights.
- Collaborate with Concern’s HQ IT team to resolve technical issues
- Apply appropriate anonymisation techniques to protect personal and sensitive information collected through digital data tools.
- Continuously assess digital data processes and propose enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Contribute to quarterly updates and induction sessions related to the DDG system.
- Undertake any other tasks as directed by the line manager.
- Uphold and promote Concern’s values, including workplace equality, diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding.
- Participate and contribute as necessary towards Concern’s emergency response as and when required.
Role Holder Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, data analytics, science or any other related courses.
- Experience in JavaScript or another coding language.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team in a flexible and supportive manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in data analytics and use of data analysis software such Power BI, Zoho analytics or any other tool
- Previous experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of humanitarian and development programmes.
- Proficiency in French is desirable
