Mission :
Under the supervision of the field coordinator, your mission will be to identify and implement quality SMSP interventions, relevant and innovative in compliance with the strategy, ACF and international standards and national policies.
In this context, your responsibilities will be:
Fuel reflection on the strategy and positioning of the SMSP department
Identify needs and contribute to the formulation of projects
Ensure the implementation, monitoring and reporting of SMSP projects
Contribute to the quality and liable processes and the impact measurement of the program
Participate in the Coordination, Representation and ACF partnerships in the intervention area
Supervise and manage your teams
Contribute to capitalization and technical development within the sector
Guarantee and ensure the confidentiality of data collected during SMSP activities

Profile :
Holder of a diploma as a psychologist, psychiatrist or psychomotrician, you have at least 2 years of experience in these areas, including clinical experience, team supervision and humanitarian.
You have already worked in the evaluation and implementation of PM+ and Teamup approaches, and you have skills in project management and training.
Particularly attentive, you have a sense of confidentiality, good communication and good interpersonal relationships, as well as adaptability.
You have a good knowledge of French and/or English, orally and written.
Conditions of employment
Fixed -term contract for use of French law: 6 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on the experience, including 13th month
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non -French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
Increase in basic salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly lifestyle: 767 nets net, paid on the ground
Allocation monthly context: 300 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
Transport and housing: support for travel and collective housing
Medical coverage: 100% of the management of health and repatriation insurance contributions, of your medical expenses and this up to 1 month after the end of your contract
Wage maintenance devices (illness, maternity, paternity)
Leaves and RNR: 25 days a year of CP and 20 RNR per year; Ticket support with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and 215 euros of lump sum compensation per RNR
