Solidarites International (SI) is an association of international humanitarian aid which, for more than 40 years, has rescued populations victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by meeting vital needs, drinking, eating, sheltering. Particularly engaged in the fight against diseases linked to unhealthy water, the leading cause of mortality in the world, if implemented by its interventions an expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and the promotion of hygiene but also in that, essential, of food safety and means of existence. Present in 26 countries, the SI teams – 3,200 people in total made up of expatriates, national employees, permanent staff at the headquarters, some volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment to cultures.

The mission

Mission :

Within the Development and Communication department made up of 15 people, and directly attached to the information management referent, you will be in support of the collection service for the production of marketing studies and for data management.

Main tasks:

Statistical reporting and monitoring of collection

Carry out studies and updates segmentation of the donor base
Produces financial, marketing, operational collection reports on all supports
Carry out and maintain the dashboards of the department
Updates files to the department and providers
Archives the different external files

Operational marketing
Carry out extractions for telemarketing, mailing, emailing, and other occasional operations

Updates BDD with campaign and score coding information

Operational management of the donor database

Supervise daily monitoring and integration of data flows, in connection with the data entry and processing providers
Supports the information management referent in the monitoring of projects in connection with the BDD provider and the collection and finance services
Supports the information management referent in the quality monitoring of processing and data (definition of codification, definition of controls to be carried out internally, management of interfaces with Compta/Communication Agency) software)

Discover the functioning of the headquarters of an NGO and relations with the land
Know the operation of fundraising in the associative sector
Understand the marketing studies of a fundraising service
Discover the management of base collection databases and its donors
Develop technical processing and data analysis capacities
Learn about the management of relations with external providers
Discover the humanitarian issues of International Solidarity
Learn about the procedures in place in international solidarity
Discover the various international solidarity professions at headquarters and in the field
Understand the relationships between the various humanitarian actors
Discover the strategy of an NGO and its development

Training and experience

– BAC +4/5 training in business school, marketing, political science, international relations, IT with a specialty in statistics or data analysis and management, are also accepted

– Experience in management and statistical analysis of marketing databases

– collaboration experience with external providers would be a plus

– experience within a humanitarian NGO would be a plus

Skills and qualities

– Master of the Office Pack, Excel master’s degree

– Mastery of one or more dashboarding / visualization / bi tools is appreciated (eg Power Bi, Table, etc.)

– Strong ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

– rigor, organization, autonomy, analytical capacity, proactivity

– Real interest in the association

– French and (written and oral)

Alternation based in the headquarters of Solidarites International in Clichy (92), Metro Mairie de Clichy
Possibility of teleworking in accordance with the telework charter in force and the manager
Alternating apprenticeship contract of 12 months
Remuneration according to regulations in force
Public transportation supported at 50% by Solidarites International
Restaurant tickets at € 8.90 / Effective day internship, with participation of Solidarites International at 60 %
Leaves: 2,0833 cp/month and 1 day of RTT/full month of work
