Technical referent – Development of paramedical training F/H

We are looking for, as part of a 18 -month -old CDD,
A technical referent for support for the development of an institution of paramedical training M/F.
This position implies displacement of 10 to 15 days every 2 months, in Kyiv, Ukraine.
This position will be attached to the Health Department of the Directorate of International Operations of the French Red Cross, in connection with the various technical referents of the department, the operational desk and the Ukrainian red cross.
The Health Technical Referent will be responsible for providing the technical support necessary for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting of the project “Institute for nursing training of the Ukrainian Red Cross”.
Afterwards
- This position aims to ensure the quality and relevance of technical interventions within the framework of the project “School of Nurse (era) S”, while ensuring the coordination and consistency of interventions in compliance with the regulations and policies of the CRF internationally.
- The post holder will be responsible for providing the technical support necessary for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting of the “Nursing Training Institute” project to the Ukrainian Red Cross.
- He/she will also contribute to the development of advocacy to the competent authorities for the reform of training the nursing sector in Ukraine.
Coordination and technical advice
Ensure the follow-up and technical assistance and support for the development of the training institution “URCS Professional College” and guarantee the interface and the implications of the “CRF” components concerned (Croix-Rouge Competence, DOI-DESK, DOI-SANTÉ, etc.)
Contribute to the formulation and adjustment of training modules and curriculum, ensuring their alignment with European standards.
Participate in working groups, steering committees and follow -up meetings, by providing technical expertise.
Serve as an interface and coordination force between the different components of the movement involved on the project (FICR, URCS) and the team on the field.
Ensure technical support and expertise support in the possible transition from the nursing school to higher levels of training and research.
Support for the implementation and quality of training
Development of technical expertise and scientific watch
Ensure permanent technical and scientific watch in the field of nursing.
Analyze the evolution of needs and intervention contexts to advise planning and implementation of projects.
Identify partnership opportunities and contribute to the enrichment of a network of specialists.
Representation and communication
Represent the CRF in reflection meetings with other technical partners and participate in the international communication of the CRF.
Guarantee the quality and punctuality of technical reporting on the evolution of the project.
Write articles and technical studies, producing data and analyzes to enhance the project.
Technical and regulatory watch
Follow the evolution of applicable technical standards and regulations, and control their implementation.
Facilitate access to technical knowledge, coordinate the process of capitalization of knowledge.
Animate training actions and promote the skills of team skills, including national staff.

- Holder of a Master 2 level diploma, you have a Expertise in training on health and social fields.
- You know how to build an adapted training response and design innovative educational projects by involving the different players in the project
- You have the capacity to anticipate the evolution of trades (nurses and para-drugs, in particular)
- Your English is fluid, orally and written; Russian or Ukrainian will be an advantage.
- Adaptable, committed, you have an excellent interpersonal skills and know how to work independently on the projects entrusted
